Once every three months, Simon Hazel Cellars opens the vault doors and offers this exclusive and impressive, Reserved List – Fine Wine Tasting event, showcasing our top-shelf, low production, rare, hard-to-find, and collectible wines. We take pride in our cellar trophies and are excited to share, learn about, and taste these gems with wine lovers, collectors, and connoisseurs alike. Hand selected by our owner – in collaboration with the industry experts from our distributors, wineries, and even the winemakers themselves, each of our Reserved List tasting events offers unique, unbelievable, high-end selection of exquisite wines from the best regions, producers, and vineyards around the world, and tells a story of each wine, navigating the history, exclusivity, and prominence of the grapes, terroir, and artisans behind the premier bottles. Each of our 6 premier wines are presented individually, with an opportunity to enjoy that wine and savor the excitingly special moment. This tasting has limited seating and is open to the public on a first come first served basis, by reservation.
