Delivery Partners

Place an on-demand, same day order from one of our delivery partners: DoorDash, Drizly, or UberEats. You can oder any of our in-stock wines, as well as all other products for immediate or scheduled delivery. Download the app, search for Simon Hazel Cellars, and place your order!

VIP Delivery

We offer VIP Delivery for special handling of certain wines, cases, orders, and for businesses and residences within a 2-mile radius of our store. This option only applies to certain orders, customers, and locations. Please ask a representative for more information.

NON - ALCOHOLIC SHIPPING

Ship orders containing only NON-ALCOHOLIC items using our air and ground shipping options such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Orders containing alcohol may not be shpped out of state, nor using this option. Rates are provided by the carrier and are not set by Simon Hazel Cellars. Please contact UPS, FedEx, or USPS for more information.

In-state Wine Transport Vendors

State-wide transportation of specialty bottles, cases, collections, and entire cellars using temperature controlled vehicles, state of the art tracking, electronic cellar management, as well as packing and unpacking services.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

Simon Hazel Cellars strives to create and maintain an exceptional customer service experience while offering the finest products with the highest standards in quality. To ensure our customers receive the best possible quality in every purchase they make, we will either exchange, credit or refund a transaction where applicable within 48 hours of the original purchase.  Alcohol products may not be returned for a monetary refund. Only exchanges are allowed for purchases of alcohol with valid ID and receipt; all other retail products and services are eligible for monetary refunds, provided necessary conditions are met. 

 

 

Recorking a bottle of wine:

 

If you have determined an item to be spoiled or corked after opening, you may return the item to the store within 48 hours of purchase for an identical replacement. If the item is no longer available, a Simon Hazel gift card will be issued. Do not pour the product out. 75% of the bottle's original contents is required to claim the item as spoiled or corked. If the bottle's closure type is cork, please also bring the cork with you at the time of the return. Wine purchased that is older than 10 years is not guaranteed in any way. This process helps to ensure all feedback, quality reporting, wholesale transacting, and retail supply is monitored, allowing only the best quality and experience. 

 

 

Receiving a refund:

 

A receipt is required for any refund or exchange on any product/purchase from Simon Hazel Cellars. Whether purchased in-store or online, using cash, debit, credit, electronic payment, or gift card, any refund or exchange, partial or in full, must be accompanied by the original receipt, within 48 hours of the original purchase. A state-issued, valid ID is also required to process any return or refund. All refunds and exchanges without ID and original receipt shall not be accepted and is completely at managerial discretion.
